This is the easiest compost to make and it creates nutrient rich compost in around 6 months. Having a <a href=\"https:\/\/ecofamilylife.com\/garden\/how-to-use-unfinished-compost-in-spring\/\">compost bin at home is a great way to avoid<\/a> any trimmings or organic matter from leaving your home and ending up in landfill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to make great compost without manure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you don\u2019t have manure to put in your compost here is an easy recipe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>Place a <a href=\"https:\/\/ecofamilylife.com\/garden\/how-to-put-mulch-in-a-compost-bin-7-mulches\/\">compost bin<\/a> in a shady spot in your garden, or choose a spot that you can make a compost pile. In warmer weather, the mix will break down quickly. The mix is ready to add to your garden when it looks like dark rich soil.
